Another handy hint:
If you've created a form via the Excel add-in for PerformancePoint Server 2007 and then decide to delete it, don't use a normal filesystem delete as it won't remove the metadata from the system and the form will continue to appear as available even when it isn't.
Always delete any forms using the Forms and Reports section of the PerformancePoint 2007 Business Modeler.
