Scrum Plug-in: Sprint 3 "Done"

Today marks the end of the 3rd Sprint of development on the Scrum Plug-In for Visual Studio Team System. We're working towards getting a new release (Beta 2) out sometime on Monday. We've spent a lot of the past month improving the installer (see Stuart's blog for all you could possibly want to know about Wix) , the reports, the Work Item Types - adding support for multiple teams and beefing up the Bug Sprint Backlog Type as well as fixing any issues raised by the current Beta Testers. Next Sprint we are going to focus on the documentation and look and feel.

We are opening up the Beta 2 release to a lot more people so if you haven't already contacted us please send an email to betascrum@conchango.com - and tell us a little bit about yourself and the environment you'd use it in. You will then be sent account details that enable you to access our support forum. After you have logged in, the download is available from the Announcements page. If you have already contacted us, then you don't need to do this again as we have your details and will be contacting you on Monday.

Hi Howard,
I'm really looking forward to moving my development teams to VSTS next year and adopting the scrum plug-in.
I enjoyed Colin Bird's demo of the scrum plug-in at the last Scrum Gathering, and it was good to see Ken Schwaber backing the product and providing the help content and videoclips to support it.
I think that Conchango's investment in this product and providing it as freeware is refreshing in today's climate.
I wish you and the team all the best for the beta program and subsequent release of the product.
Cheers,
Steve
