CSM / Agile User Stories Applied / Agile Estimation and Planning courses

After the success of the courses we ran in July, we're running them again this September. I was fortunate enough to attend both the User Stories and Agile Estimation and Planning sessions (I'm already a CSM) and found that they resolved a lot of questions I had around representation of Creative and User Experience requirements in the Product and Sprint Backlogs, Product Backlog generation and general approaches to estimation that were missing from the standard CSM course. I found the group exercises around estimating techniques, specifically "Planning Poker" to be really useful; my table was a mix of Project Managers, User Experience, Design and Technical folks who all had entirely different perspectives of the complexity of each task we were asked to estimate. I'm looking forward to using all the techniques we were taught in future projects that require more in depth analysis. Max has already taken the next phase of work my team has to do and broken down the requirements into User Stories which has really helped shaped the features that we're going to deliver.
