The next instalment of The Boutique is coming on the 8th of October.
Our topic will be Social Commerce. It's another hot topic in Retail at the moment. All these new ways of communicating and building social networks present both challenges and opportunities. And it's a lot more than just Facebook and Twitter.
We'll be exploring key questions such as; How do I make any money out of this lark? How can I avoid making a mess of my brand? and "if 90% of Twitter is mindless drivel why should I bother?"
The format of the evening will be a discussion panel. We have some really great people on the panel from Google, Innocent Drinks and EMC Consulting. We'll pose a number of questions to the panel but that's only to get the conversation started. Open debate is encouraged and the evening is really about meeting some new people and learning something new.
We've changed the venue this time as the evening has become a bit more popular. It's now at The Pavillion End just off Bow Lane (near Bank station). We'll kick off at 7pm. If you are interested in coming along please get in touch with myself or Shelley Wood and we'll add you to our community.
See you there, and remember to twitter #theboutique
