Scrum in the Enterprise with Visual Studio 2010

Next week I’m speaking on Scrum in the Enterprise and Process Customisation with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 at PDC 2009 in Los Angeles.

There is far more to Scrum for Team System Version 3.0 than I can possibly cover in the allotted time so I’m supporting both the presentation as well as our Beta 2 launch with a series of blog posts.

To make this information easy to find, I’ll keep this post updated with links to the other relevant posts so that it will serve as a central repository.

If you’re wanting a quick overview of our 3.0 template then the best place to start is with 3.0 from 30 000 feet.

If you’re a user of one of our previous Scrum template for TFS, then I’d suggest you take a look at the Three Ages of Scrum for Team System Bugs, which is essential reading if you’re moving from one template to another.

Named linkages makes a big change to how expressive a template can be. The TFS 2010 Product Backlog Ecosystem explains the context in which Product Backlog Items now live.
